Facility management
Under technical operations we take over the daily running of the building: supervision of mechanical and electrical systems, planned maintenance, fault clearance and the register of statutory inspections. We work with one contact person, an agreed response time and a monthly report, so operating the building becomes a predictable cost instead of unexpected downtime.
What we take over
Supervision, balancing and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation and the water network.
Inspection of distribution boards, lighting, backup supply and metering, and clearance of their faults.
An annual maintenance plan based on manufacturer requirements and operating experience, carried out with documentation.
Receiving reports and intervening on site within the response time set in the contract.
Registering and carrying out electrical safety, touch protection and lightning protection inspections on time.
Maintenance logs, reports and asset records in one place, retrievable at any time.
The operating contract states item by item which systems are covered, how often we carry out maintenance, and how quickly we are on site after a fault report. At the end of each month we provide a report on the work done, the open faults and the tasks for the coming period.

Enquiries are processed until the contact is closed, for at most one year from the last contact. Contractual and accounting documents are kept for the retention period required by law (generally 8 years).

Nagyon profi csapat, az árajánlat adástól az átadásig zökkenőmentesen folyt velük a közös munka. A feladat nem volt egyszerű, részletes belsőépítészet terv készült a felújításra, és az anyaghasznlat sem volt hétköznapi, de ez nem okozott problémát nekik. A legjobb, hogy mindenki, aki dolgozott a projekten kicsit saját magáénak érezte, és arra törekedett, hogy a megvalósulás a tervhez méltó legyen. Közösen örültünk neki, amikor készen lett minden. Sosem egyszerű egy lakásfelújításba vagy építkezésbe kezdeni, de sokkal könnyebb, ha ilyen jó csapat kezében van a feladat. Csak ajánlani tudom őket mindenkinek!
