This aspiration continuously drives us, so we specifically look for opportunities to make our work more efficient, and this is not just about professional knowledge! Coordinated teamwork, smooth background processes, and the well-being of those who work with us are equally important.

That's why we were very happy to win the following tender. With its help, among other things, we can now put into words what we have been doing instinctively:

At Factory FM, we define ourselves along three core values:

We defined these values together during continuous organizational development, thereby increasing team unity, stress and conflict management skills, and leadership competencies. We never thought this would be such useful knowledge for all of us!

This opportunity was made possible by a joint tender from the European Union and the Hungarian Government. This started a collaboration with the Agora Institute, which has been going on for almost a year and a half now and continues.
