Building maintenance
In completed industrial properties, faults may occur that, given the activity taking place there, have to be repaired immediately: they affect the possibility of continuous operation, may damage the high-value equipment stored in the building, or endanger the physical safety of the people working there. For these cases we operate an on-call system, which makes it possible to react to any problem within the shortest possible time.
In parallel, we monitor the facility as a whole, paying special attention to potential hazards and weak points, which we address preventively at the first sign of weakening of the solid structure. This is how our maintenance team filters, at system level, the problems arising from wear and tear.
Alongside maintenance, these are the works most often requested from us — in one contract, with one responsible team.
