Factory FM's guiding principle is simple yet defining: our most important resource is people.
Our aim is to create a workplace where every colleague can work safely, valued and motivated. For the company's management, ethical operation is not a requirement but a natural foundation – it shapes everyday decisions, communication and the leadership mindset.
Our relationship with our employees is based on mutual respect, transparent operation and continuous dialogue. We believe that business and human values cannot be separated from each other.
Physical health and safety
The physical safety and health of our colleagues is our number one priority. We provide every colleague with a safe and predictable working environment that meets the highest occupational health and safety requirements. We provide full liability and accident insurance, because we believe that safety is the basis of peace of mind and efficient work.
Our protective equipment and safety gear represent the best quality, because for us safety is not a cost but an investment. Beyond the mandatory checks, we also support additional health screenings and vaccinations. Our colleagues also have access to examinations such as MRI or other imaging diagnostics that help early detection and quick treatment.
At Factory FM, occupational safety is not a campaign but daily practice.
Professional development and building the future
Long-term success starts with continuous development. We pay special attention to enabling our colleagues to progress both professionally and personally. We support professional advancement with regular training, further-education opportunities and study contracts.
For colleagues in office roles we also offer the option of working from home, where the role allows it. The tools needed for remote work – laptop, mobile phone, SIM card and, on request, internet access – are of course provided.
We do not merely expect development, we actively support it. Our goal is for everyone to have more knowledge, confidence and opportunities than when they joined us.
Mental health and community
A workplace works well when employees feel good not only professionally but as people too. We work with a flexible, people-centred approach that takes into account each colleague's individual life situation and family circumstances.
We also pay special attention to mental well-being. This is supported by the EgyüttÉrzés Pastoral Care Association we founded, which offers every colleague accessible help in maintaining mental health and processing difficult life situations.
