If you feel like you would be a good fit for our team and would like to join us, you can learn more about what to expect here.
Opportunity, possibility, stability, development.
This is what working with us means.
The opportunity for a people and family-centered collaboration. The opportunity for development, learning, and becoming better. A stable work environment for growth.
The possibility for you and us to achieve more together than separately.
How does this work for us?
- Comprehensive liability insurance Only those who don't work don't make mistakes. This is a common saying with us, and we mean it. If something goes wrong, we are prepared. Our comprehensive liability insurance has you covered.
- Comprehensive accident insurance Our physical health is our most important treasure. If you have a problem, someone will help you. You won't be left alone.
- Professional occupational safety from shoes to helmets Quality workwear and protective equipment are like armor for a knight. They provide safety and confidence in all circumstances. We make no compromises in either quality or mandatory wear. This is in everyone's interest.
- Screenings and vaccinations If everything is safe on the outside, let it be on the inside as well. We work in an industrial environment, and we like everyone to be safe. We reimburse any screening upon request.
- Bonus system We designed our quarterly bonus system so that both you and we benefit from our collaboration.
- Acquiring a profession We believe that we all have a vested interest in development. We provide every colleague with a profession within the framework of a study contract. We are only as strong as our weakest link. That's why striving for professional excellence is a core value for us.
- Continuous organizational development We constantly examine and evaluate ourselves, and we dare to seek external help for this. Our external professional trainer supports the entire team in development on a monthly basis. Let's not see the speck in another's eye while ignoring the log in our own.
- Mental hygiene and pastoral care services through the EgyüttÉrzés Lelkigondozói Egyesület (Empathy Pastoral Care Association) It can happen at any time that a life situation arises that we are unable to solve with the tools at our disposal. This can affect our mental balance, which can cause tension in the family, workplace, and our relationships.
Our operations manager is the co-chair and one of the leaders of the association, which any of our colleagues or family members can use free of charge.
- Equal opportunities Unity in diversity. We are empathetic, and we don't just say it. Colleagues with changed work abilities are an integral part of our lives. If you see yourself in this, don't hesitate! Apply to us!
