On-Call and Preventive Maintenance with Factory Facility Management

In completed industrial properties, there may be malfunctions that, due to the nature of the activities carried out within the property, need to be addressed immediately, as they could affect continuous operations, potentially damage high-value equipment stored in the property, or pose a risk to the safety and well-being of the employees. For these situations, we operate an on-call system that enables the fastest possible response to emerging issues.

At the same time, we monitor the entire facility, paying special attention to potential hazards and weak points, which we address preventively at the first sign of any deterioration in the integrity of the structure. Our maintenance team is thus able to filter out problems arising from wear and tear at the system level.
