Every collaboration is unique, but alongside a professional approach, you can always count on these steps throughout the partnership:

1. Site Inspection

The process of our collaboration always begins with defining the identified problem. We visit the work area that requires a solution and conduct a thorough survey of the tasks to be done and the processes involved. We record the current state on-site so that our professional team can find the appropriate solution. We take photos, carry out a detailed technical survey, and gather as much data and parameters as possible, also documenting the key environmental factors.

2. Development of Solution Proposals

Once the data is received, our professional team works together on the project. The colleague who conducted the survey presents the facts, and the experts collectively propose multiple potential solutions and options. These options are then presented to the client later as alternatives.

3. Quotation

Based on the previously developed options, the client can make an informed decision regarding which solution would be optimal for them. Our technical preparatory team can then provide a technical solution for the chosen option, which is priced and presented to the client as a formal offer. This way, we are able to prepare an offer tailored specifically to the given task.

4. Construction

Once the offer is accepted, the execution phase begins. At a pre-agreed time, our team arrives at the worksite and carries out the agreed-upon tasks. During the construction, we pay particular attention to the validated product background, the certifiability of system components, legal compliance, and precise work. Our construction team members ensure the dynamic flow of the processes.

5. Handover

The handover process is carried out with the assistance of our technical support team. While our construction colleagues carry out their tasks on-site, the project manager prepares the technical documentation of the completed work, which is provided to the client at the time of handover.

6. Industry 4.0 Integration (Optional)

If required, we perform process optimization during the work and examine on-site activities where automation could be a necessary or beneficial option.
